GMX Seguros is the leading Mexican liability insurance company, with over 15 years experience in the sector. GMX is dedicated to the provision of specialized products for each niche GMX covers.

The immense growth of GMX over the years created various issues for the company, such as their inability to satisfy the huge demand for their specialized products, and consequently the considerable increase in  response times.

GMX opted for a BPM that would give them independence from the vendor; acquiring AuraPortal software has enabled them to take control of their own processes and acquire the skills and qualifications to make this possible. With AuraPortal, GMX was able to explore and develop processes in line with their own methodology and achieve completely personalized results.

They began by implementing AuraPortal in two specific areas (namely General Liability and Aviation). Since then, the processes have grown and matured and now cover many company areas.

Thanks to the implementation of AuraPortal iBPMS, GMX has reduced customer response times from 14 to 4 working days.

This also enabled them to regain business opportunities that had been lost due to inefficient customer attention and time issues.
