As seen in the following OVUM’s (*) ‘Radar Image’
(*) Ovum is an international independent consultancy company that forms part of the Datamonitor Group. It bases its analysis on over 400,000 interviews with business and technology executives, who provide an unprecedented knowledge, not only of the business requirements, but also of the technology that organizations should be supporting.
The actual scoring for all vendors covered by the OVUM report regarding User Sentiment is presented in the following easy-to-read table prepared by AuraPortal based on the figures shown in the above Radar.
It can be seen in the above table that AuraPortal surpasses its competitors in all categories except in the ‘Vertical Specialization’ one, and it is worth noting that in the two most important aspects: “Product Quality”, and “Value for Money”, AuraPortal has obtained the maximum marks (9 points), situating itself clearly above the second best supplier in a scale of 1 to 10.
From a global perspective, AuraPortal is the clear leader with a score of 58.5 points, in a competition in which four out of the nine contenders are scored with less than 8 points and the second one after AuraPortal (Appian) has obtained only 35.5 points.
According to OVUM, “AuraPortal’s performance has been strong: its scores are consistently high for the User Sentiment dimension”.
The report also says: “Even more interesting is AuraPortal’s presence among enterprises with fewer than 5000 employees, traditionally a BPM blind spot for the larger vendors. This enterprise segment accounts for over 30% of AuraPortal’s business, a higher percentage than that reported by any other vendor featured in this report”.
