AuraPortal BPM Develops Specific Projects for Managing Everyday Public Administration Tasks

Experts in different disciplines collaborate towards improved functionality and productivity in Public Administration.

AuraPortal and its partners in Bogotá, BPM Latinoamérica and Management & Quality, are collaborating on the development of a project specifically tailored to the need of the public sector, combining efforts between experts in Information Systems, Change Management and Organizational Strategy. This Project has a number of essential requirements, including:

MInteriorAfter a thorough assessment and the corresponding public tendering, the utility of this development has firmly convinced the Ministry of the Interior (Colombia), which has recently acquired it to implement more than one hundred different classes of process with AuraPortal (*) BPM. This implementation will take place in two consecutive phases over the next two years, leading up to the end of 2015.

This is all part of the strategic alignment of the National Government of the Republic of Colombia, as part of the “Good Governance” route.
